I've noticed there are some Horde stories going on in the Open RP section and I was wondering how should we handle bringing an Alliance character into it?
Is that a no, no? Can we talk to each other? Or do we maintain the "InGame" inability to understand each other's languages? (I don't mind this at all. It can make for some interesting interactions.)

Many people tend to say "forget that!" to the idea that in-game mechanics restrict the ability for the factions to RP together. There have been a couple conversations that touched on this theory. Now when it isn't specified in someone's open RP it might be best to send that person a PM to find out if they are interested in cross-faction RP. I'll put a note up in the Open RP section to try to encourage others to label whether cross-faction is welcome or not. If you are considering RPing cross-faction though, be sure it is believable. For example, if someone's character is sitting in the inn in Orgrimmar, it is highly unlikely there is going to be a dwarf that just wanders in.
